Consider a web page, either visible on the openser machine or uploaded
recurrently to switzernet.com and unappel.ch servers. The web page must monitor the activity of the system with 15m intervals (or 30m) It can show the load by numbers of simultaneous calls (traffic minutes / interval duration) or simply by the number of accepted calls per min (to not query the billing). Next it shall show the average ACD values for each route. Attached is an example of HTML file for a graphical (histogram) view of data. The file must be updated every 15 min and uploaded on the server (or published on the local server). A new file must be created every 24 hours. One URL for bookmarking, must be sufficient to open the current page or navigate the history. |
