Dear customers,
Upon antifraud system installation, our telephony system was seriously damaged from 2017-09-21 10:40:00 to 2017-10-03 16:41:00.
The damage affected:
- Incoming calls, which were operational only partially.
- Calls to many destinations were blocked.
- Fake calls, which real customers did not make, appeared in customer CDR’s.
We sincerely apologize for these outages and for the disorder caused by our engineers attempt to install the antifraud system. Especially, as the outages appeared after announcing free calls to 54 country mobiles, of which Switzernet team was particularly proud.
Taking into account the caused inconvenience, we took a decision, to provide a credit to existing customers who were affected by the outages, of which customers will be informed via separate mailing.
Those customers whose call records were affected by fraud and anti-fraud robots with calls which were not done by customers, will be credited the amount of the corresponding calls.
Please note that these calls do not correspond to real phone calls made by people, but are generated by robots and we request you to ignore them completely.
For security purposes some destinations remain restricted. We do all possible to restore them as soon as possible.
