In order of proceed with the replacement of its entire network, Switzernet has established a system working with the coexistence of the new and the old system to ensure a smooth migration without service interruptions.
However, due to an error on our side, some customers have received a second incomplete invoice from the old billing system. They were also charged several times for subscriptions on the invoice from the new system.
Thank you not to consider the bill from the old system.
Customers with a wrong invoice will be notified by email in the next coming days as soon as their accounts will be credited for readjusting. This credit will be entered as a payment and will therefore subtract the amount of the invoice, which will be communicated in the notification.
